As Founder and Principal of Philanthropy Fortified, Tarsha has spent her career at the intersection of strategy and social impact — working with nonprofits, family foundations, arts organizations, educational institutions, and high-net-worth individuals to build the fundraising infrastructure, board leadership, and philanthropic vision that makes lasting change possible.

Tarsha holds a BA in Journalism, MA in Character Education & Human Flourishing and an MBA in International Business. She is based in Atlanta, Georgia.
