We look for people who combine strategic thinking with relational intelligence — as comfortable facilitating a board retreat as analyzing a development audit, and who believe that equity and excellence are not in tension but in partnership.
Ideal candidates and collaborators bring experience in nonprofit development, philanthropy, or organizational leadership; strong communication and facilitation skills; a genuine commitment to equity-centered practice; and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
